Anodizing process is carried out under strictly controlled conditions during various stages of productions and is amenable to perfect quality control as per customers’ requirements. The anodized film has a thickness of 5 – 30 microns and is coloured in a full spectrum of shades of Silver, Grey, Gold, Bronze, Champagne, Titanium and Black. Anodized products can also have multiple finishes like regular, bright, matt and brush. Anodizing is carried out up to 6.5 meters length and these anodic coatings are excellent finishes for areas prone to corrosion. The anodizing plant has an installed production capacity of 2800 M. Tons of Aluminium Profiles per annum. |

Anodizing is an
electrolytic
process for
producing a
protective and
decorative film
of Aluminium
Oxide on
Aluminium. Its
appearance,
abrasion
resistance and
cost
effectiveness
are unlikely to
be matched by
any organic
coating.
Anodizing truly
is a versatile
finish for many
applications,
from storefront
to handrails,
from automotive
to decorative
architectural
application,
etc.
Anodized
coatings exhibit
excellent colour
consistency.
Coating
thickness is a
significant
indicator of
durability for
anodized
coatings. The
denser the
coating, the
longer it will
last. Sealing is
the last
operation in
Anodizing which
is a process of
blocking pores
in the anodic
film. It gives
surface
resistance to
straining,
abrasion,
crazing, and
colour
degradation. |
